Nick Cave ha rivelato per la prima volta il suo amore per Kanye West, definendolo come il più grande artista sulla Terra.
L’australiano lo ha dichiarato sul sito The Red Hand Files in seguito alla domanda di Naja, un suo fan di Los Angeles, che gli ha semplicemente chiesto: “Ti piace Kanye?”. Cave ha così risposto:
Making art is a form of madness – we slip deep within our own singular vision and become lost to it. There is no musician on Earth that is as committed to their own derangement as Kanye, and in this respect, at this point in time, he is our greatest artist.
