L’altra sera a Los Angeles si è svolta la 55esima edizione dei Grammy Awards, che i più coraggiosi tra voi avranno seguito in diretta streaming.
La lista dei vincitori è lunga e varia: si va dai Black Keys ai Fun, da Frank Ocean a Skrillex, passando per Gotye a finire con i Mumford and Sons che si sono aggiudicati il premio Disco Dell’Anno con il loro secondo album Babel (ci piace ricordare che nel 2011 al loro posto c’erano i nostri amati Arcade Fire – cliccate qui e vedete quant’erano carini).
Prima di procedere con la sfilza di nomi dei vincitori, dedichiamo un piccolo spazio agli artisti che si sono esibiti live durante la cerimonia.
Partiamo con Justin Timberlake, di cui ultimamente vi parliamo anche troppo, che ha eseguito un nuovo brano dal suo album in uscita, e il suo ultimo singolo Suit & Tie con Jay-Z.
Oltre a lui sul palco anche Gotye, Taylor Swift e Alicia Keys di cui, siccome vi voglio bene, vi risparmio i link. Poi ancora The Lumineers con la loro Ho Hey, Ed Sheeran che ha duettato con zio Elton, Bruno Mars accompagnato da Sting durante Walking On The Moon, i Fun con Carry On e i Black Keys con Lonely Boy. Poi, ovviamente i Mumford and Sons hanno suonato I Will Wait.
Degne di nota anche le esibizioni di Frank Ocean e Jack White che andiamo subito a vederci:
