Sono la nostra (e la vostra) indie rock’n’roll band preferita più o meno dal 2006 e ieri sera sono stati i protagonisti dei 2014 BRIT Awards. Di chi stiamo parlando? Ma di loro, ovviamente, gli Arctic Monkeys.

E il segno l’hanno davvero lasciato: per la prima volta nella storia una band si è portata a casa il premio come Best British Group e quello come Album Of The Year per AM. Bella prova, complimenti Arctic Monkeys.
N.b.: Il premio come Album Of The Year deve avere qualcosa di davvero speciale, perché pare aver sciolto persino quel frigido di Alex Turner, che, accettandolo, è riuscito a mettere insieme più di due parole. Vi riproponiamo il suo bel discorso qui:
