The superior time perception for lower musical pitch explains why bass-ranged instruments lay down musical rhythms.
Secondo i risultati dello studio, per il cervello umano è più facile raccordarsi e capire un suono quando è eseguito in un tono più basso e che le persone sono più propense a ballare quei brani dove i suoni bassi sono prominenti:
