Dopo 4 lunghi anni, finalmente ci siamo: il 25 agosto i Queens Of The Stone Age pubblicheranno il nuovo album,Villains, per la Matador Records.
Ieri vi abbiamo dato la buona novella e oggi possiamo fornirvi tutti i dettagli riguardo il settimo album in studio della band di Josh Homme; prodotto da Mark Ronson, co-prodotto da Mark Rankin e mixato da Alan Moulder, è composto da 9 canzoni ed è anticipato dal singolo The Way You Used to Do.
Queste le prime parole di Homme in proposito:
The title Villains isn’t a political statement. It has nothing to do with Trump or any of that shit. It’s simply 1) a word that looks fantastic and 2) a comment on the three versions of every scenario: yours, mine and what actually happened… Everyone needs someone or something to rail against—their villain—same as it ever was. You can’t control that. The only thing you can really control is when you let go.
