Liam Gallagher, dopo il successo As You Were, realizzerà un secondo album solista.
Il disco dell’ex Oasis è il vinile venduto più velocemente in Gran Bretagna degli ultimi 20 anni, inoltre è l’album di debutto più venduto dell’anno ed il terzo più venduto in assoluto dietro solo a Divide di Ed Sheeran e Human di Rag N’Bone Man. Se non bastasse, As You Were è anche al nono posto tra i dischi di debutto più venduti del decennio.
Dopo essersi congratulato con se stesso e con i fan, Liam, intervistato da Absolute Radio, ha dichiarato che è lecito aspettarsi il sophomore:
I’m made up that the album’s been received really well. There’s a lot of people who get a number one with like 3,000 copies these days, and that ain’t fuckin’ good enough for me. Obviously it sold well, and it seemed like people really want a Liam Gallagher record, so that’s made me happy. I guess we’ll go and do another one.
